My name is Bob Carpenter. Our firm was founded in 1955 by my father, Samuel Carpenter. As a survivor of both the Great Depression and as a B-25 flyer in World War II, Dad was certainly conservative. However, he understood and instilled in us that risk is absolutely a part of life. It is almost always a part of the real estate business. We strive to do business in ways that are morally and ethically sound.
We stand firm on the principal that a deal needs to be good for all parties in order to be successful. Over the years, we have gained experience in practically every area of real estate development and sales. We are comfortable with the assemblage, dis-assemblage, marketing, zoning and finance of retail, commercial, agricultural, medical, office and industrial properties.
We have experience in developing build to suit properties for lease to the GSA, medical and retail tenants. We have bought, sold and developed real estate for both our clients and for our own account. We have formed all types of entities for the purpose of owning real property.
