Brad was referred to me through a friend, and he didn't disappoint - easy to work with, very responsive, and we love the quality of his finish work. The guy is clearly a craftsman, but he was also happy to take on our less-glamorous projects as well, without getting hung up on the fine finish detail where it wasn't needed. Reasonably
