Mouldings- crown, trim, casings, and base (interior and exterior) available in most profiles and species. Adjust or plane down existing entrance or cabinet doors, or drawers so they close properly. Replace existing locks, knobs, pulls, hinges and drawer tracks, inside kitchen cabinet shelf customizing.
Caulking of tubs, shower surrounds, windows, doors, and siding (remove existing sealants). Replace interior and exterior plumbing and light fixtures, switches, and outlets (existing only). Spring is here and it is time to bring out your home maintenance journal and create a spring punch list of home and landscape issues that require attention.
Take a walk around the exterior of your home in one direction and inspect your home from top to bottom.
Next, turn around and do the same thing in the opposite direction.
You may be surprised by what you can miss the first time around.

A roof with a pitch of less than 4:12 is considered a low slope roof.
This means 4" of vertical rise to 12" of horizontal run.
Shingle manufacturers never installing shingles to a roof less than 3:12.
These are considered to move into the flat roof category.
It is necessary to use a membrane type of roofing material when the surface has such little pitch.
I strongly recommend that if you replace your roof, do a complete tear off and replace the flashings too.
